*… is a cultural entrepreneur at the University of Luxembourg who seeks to add a creative dimension to the main tasks of the University, namely learning and research in order to contribute to an exchange of ideas aimed at developing culture in Europe and since the initiation of the TAD in 2008, the identiy of a Global Citizenship. Besides, François is a member of the European Cultural Parliament (ECP), a board member of the University Network of the European Capitals of Culture (UNeECC) as well as a core team member of the University Network of the Capitals of Europe (UNICA) WG ‘University, Culture and the City’.
